📋 Description

• Provide client service to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of retirement plans and Ascensus products and services • Take ownership of client issues and provide subject matter expertise on day-to-day activities • Provide value-added consulting to support client satisfaction and plan retention • Develop understanding of the business, products and services • Deliver proactive, professional client service • Build effective working relationships with teams and internal departments • Research, solve problems and resolve issues • Identify, record, monitor and close items for assigned clients • Ensure inquiries and issues are resolved and service levels are met • Communicate clearly with clients and advisors throughout the service cycle • Support client retention through appropriate responses to client communications and activities • Achieve service, growth and retention goals for the assigned book of business • Prioritize activities and manage time to provide efficient, quality service • Respond to inquiries about plan activity, including compliance testing, quarterly statements and RMDs • Produce, analyze and distribute regular reports • Support the sales team in attaining additional business and provide references as requested • Perform other duties and participate in special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Demonstrated ability to perform in a fast paced service environment • 1-3 years direct client experience in financial services preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate effectively, clearly, concisely and professionally with all levels within the Ascensus organization and with clients • Proficiency in MS Office software applications, specifically Word and Excel • Strong analytical and problem resolution skills • Ability to work in a team environment to provide exceptional client service • Ability to adapt to changing environments and shifting priorities based on business and client needs • Ability to work well under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines • Sound business judgment in determining which issues need to be elevated to the appropriate level of authority • Ability to work overtime to meet business unit needs
