• Support assessment of training and education needs for the ERCM Pilot • Identify training gaps through interviews, surveys, observations, and other activities • Assist in translating training needs into objectives and learning activities • Plan, design, develop, and revise customized training courses and educational materials • Create workbooks, facilitator guides, presentations, job aids, exercises, and reference materials • Conduct or co-facilitate instructor-led training and support virtual workshops, webinars, and demonstrations • Test training content and technology before delivery and provide learner assistance • Develop and administer evaluations, surveys, knowledge checks, and feedback instruments • Analyze participant feedback and track participation, completion, satisfaction, and other measures • Support training for ERCM workflows, roles, responsibilities, and care coordination processes • Coordinate with clinical SMEs, implementation staff, Government program leads, pilot-site representatives, and other stakeholders • Perform scheduling, registration, attendance tracking, course coordination, and participant communications • Maintain training databases, records, materials, calendars, rosters, and status reports • Support learning management systems, web-based training platforms, content uploads, testing, and reporting • Prepare agendas, presentations, status updates, briefing materials, and training communications • Support transition from the pilot to broader and phased national implementation
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in education, instructional design, healthcare administration, public health, communications, business administration, clinical discipline, or a related field • Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in training, education, instructional support, healthcare training, learning and development, or a related discipline • Professional clinical experience or demonstrated understanding of healthcare delivery and clinical workflows preferred • Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or Veterans Health Administration (VHA) preferred • Familiarity with VA suicide prevention programs and processes, including REACH VET, Risk ID, PDE, SPED, post-event outreach, and Veterans Crisis Line-related requests preferred • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to translate complex program and clinical requirements into clear, practical learning experiences
