📋 Description

• Lead and manage program management tasks, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and deliverables for strategic planning and MYP. • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, briefings, and decision-making processes. • Ensure alignment of IT strategy with directives through comprehensive reporting and analysis. • Support the development and management of business cases, multi-year programming, and investment monitoring. • Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops with leadership. • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues. • Provide regular updates on task progress, milestones, and outcomes to executive leadership. • Maintain and manage documentation, critical artifacts, and project deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. • Minimum 4 years of experience, preferably project management experience within the healthcare or government sector. • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Microsoft Project and SharePoint. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. • Preferred Qualifications: • PMP or similar project management certification • Knowledge of strategic planning and multi-year programming processes
