📋 Description

• Serve as L2 escalation point for IAM support and troubleshoot complex issues • Implement identity controls and settings aligned with policies and governance • Evaluate and implement access models aligned with organizational risk posture • Investigate improper access, revoke access, report violations, and recommend improvements • Perform system access audits and monitor system usage for policy compliance • Lead identity projects, including system integrations, RBAC/ABAC design, and automation • Design and maintain access certification campaigns, joiner/mover/leaver workflows, and privilege reviews • Collaborate with IT, HR, application owners, security leadership, teammates, stakeholders, business units, and leadership • Define and maintain IAM policies and provisioning logic • Analyze and refine user roles and entitlements • Conduct audits and reconcile entitlements • Develop process, standards, and runbook documentation • Identify IAM workflow automation and efficiency improvements • Support investigations involving identity misuse or inappropriate access • Collect KPIs and operational metrics, track SLAs, and escalate issues when required • Mentor or guide junior analysts and potentially lead workstreams or initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent in Information Technology required • 3–5 years of required Identity and Access Management experience • Technical background and practical hands-on experience with host and application configurations • Experience with on- and off-premise solutions and directory services • Good understanding of security principles, identity security concepts, and zero trust principles • Advanced experience with IGA platforms such as SailPoint, PAM such as CyberArk, MFA, and SSO solutions • Proficiency in identity lifecycle processes, RBAC design, and role engineering • Extensive experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and federated identity models • Advanced understanding of identity, authentication, and access-control elements • Extensive experience administering IAM systems, access controls, security and risk management, and security governance • Knowledge of current cybersecurity technologies, practices, and standards such as NIST and ISO • Ability to assess situations, gather information, decompose technical issues, and explain root causes to nontechnical customers • Ability to manage time and tasks in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment • Strong written and oral communication skills • Ability to communicate effectively with end users, vendors, and management and document procedures and processes • Ability to work with high availability during business hours and participate in after-hours on-call rotation • Must be highly responsive by phone, Microsoft Teams, and ServiceNow • Must maintain strict confidentiality and high standards of professionalism and trust • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Java, PowerShell, or Bash preferred • Familiarity with HIPAA or PCI and NIST preferred • Certifications including CISM, CISSP, SSCP, CISA, or GSEC preferred
