📋 Description

• Lead the planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, and closeout of complex healthcare programs supporting an integrated healthcare system • Provide strategic oversight of enterprise initiatives for VHA priorities • Manage contract performance, project schedules, deliverables, staffing, and resource allocation across multiple workstreams • Collaborate with VA leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to establish priorities, resolve issues, and achieve targeted program outcomes • Oversee program governance, risk management, performance reporting, and quality assurance activities • Direct project management activities using industry best practices and established project management methodologies • Provide oversight of data analytics, performance metrics, dashboard development, and reporting to support executive decision-making • Support budget planning, financial tracking, and budget application management activities • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to improve operational efficiency and program performance • Lead organizational change management efforts supporting implementation of clinical, operational, and technology initiatives • Ensure compliance with VA policies, federal regulations, and contractual requirements • Mentor project managers and technical staff while fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited institution • Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Minimum of six (6) years of experience supporting the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) • Experience implementing enterprise clinical and/or healthcare technology solutions within a large healthcare system • Expert knowledge of organizational change management, process improvement, and implementation science methodologies • Professional certifications such as Prosci Change Management, Lean, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, or equivalent • Strong technical knowledge of healthcare informatics, healthcare data analytics, performance measurement, and reporting • Experience supporting enterprise governance, executive reporting, and strategic planning initiatives
