📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop Regional Program Managers and Regional Program Coordinators across multiple states • Provide direct coaching on program implementation, community partnerships, and stakeholder engagement • Conduct regular site visits for coaching, feedback, and stakeholder relationship building • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning • Build and maintain relationships with school districts, funders, community organizations, and key stakeholders • Support program growth opportunities and funder relationship management • Lead implementation and oversight of federally funded programs • Ensure compliance with grant requirements, timelines, reporting obligations, and performance metrics • Partner with executive leadership to monitor grant deliverables, budgets, and program outcomes • Ensure regional staff comply with federal grant regulations and reporting expectations • Represent HealthCorps at district-level meetings, community events, and strategic planning sessions • Collaborate with national directors to develop synchronized systems, resources, and best practices • Contribute to standardized program delivery models • Share regional insights and innovations to inform national program strategy • Participate in national director meetings, training, and strategic planning initiatives • Ensure consistent, high-quality program delivery across regional sites • Monitor program outcomes and impact metrics for continuous improvement • Support regional program expansion strategies • Maintain oversight of regional budget management and resource allocation • Serve as a key contact for regional funders and major community partners • Support community engagement initiatives and public representation • Facilitate cross-sector partnerships to amplify program impact and sustainability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field • 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in youth development, education, public health, nonprofit leadership, or related field • Demonstrated experience managing federal or other large public grant funded programs • 5+ years of experience leading programs and managing teams across multiple sites or regions • Proven success supervising multiple direct reports, driving results through others, and leading geographically dispersed teams • Significant experience leading youth development, school-based, or education-focused initiatives • Proven ability to build partnerships with school districts, community organizations, and public-sector partners • Demonstrated success building and maintaining relationships with funders, school districts, and community stakeholders • Experience managing regional operating budgets and grant funded program budgets • Ability to develop and execute multi-site regional strategies with measurable outcomes • Strong coaching and mentoring skills • Exceptional relationship management skills with diverse stakeholders • Experience with funder relations, grant reporting, and funding development activities • Demonstrated experience administering federally funded grants, including compliance, monitoring, reporting, performance measurement, documentation, and collaboration with funding agencies • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills • Ability to work collaboratively within national frameworks while adapting to local needs • Proven ability to navigate complex challenges in resource-limited environments • Demonstrated success working with diverse communities and populations • Approximately 15-25% travel across the regional territory • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for local and regional travel • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, data management systems, and virtual collaboration tools • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and work extended hours as needed for events and site visits • Availability for occasional evening, weekend, or overnight travel for regional events and national meetings
