📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions from intake through accepted offer • Partner with hiring managers to establish role requirements, candidate profiles, interview processes, recruiting strategies, and timelines • Provide market insights and recommend recruiting adjustments • Source and recruit candidates through active and passive methods using Indeed and LinkedIn • Manage high-volume requisition loads across multiple roles and locations • Maintain the ATS with timely requisition, candidate status, interview note, and documentation updates • Plan and coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and community recruitment initiatives • Support new hire orientation and recruiting-related training • Draft and extend offer letters by the next business day • Assist with negotiations and track acceptance timelines • Advise hiring managers on recruiting best practices, HR compliance, and company policy • Partner with approved recruiting agencies • Provide regular recruiting updates and metrics to stakeholders • Maintain collaborative relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and stakeholders • Report to work reliably and on time each working day • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience required • 5+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience required • Experience coordinating hiring events, job fairs, or community outreach preferred • Experience facilitating training or presenting to groups preferred • HR professional certification preferred, not required • Proficiency with ATS required; Workday experience preferred • Proficiency with job boards/sourcing platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter) required • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) required • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills • Ability to adapt recruiting strategies based on business needs and market conditions
