📋 Description

• Support and execute channel strategy across Amazon, TikTok Shop, QVC, and iHerb • Drive performance against revenue targets, contribution profit goals, inventory and margin guardrails • Translate high-level priorities into channel-level action plans • Lead execution of Amazon strategy across owned brands including assortment, pricing and promotions, content and merchandising, Subscribe & Save • Partner with agency to ensure priorities are clearly defined and delivered • Manage Amazon agency and QVC broker relationships • Set expectations, track deliverables, and ensure follow-through • Partner closely with Finance, Inventory / Supply Chain, Owned Brands teams • Align execution with inventory constraints, financial targets, and brand priorities • Support channel forecasting and inventory planning • Ensure plans align with operational realities and business goals • Flag risks early and recommend adjustments

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in ecommerce or marketplace roles with direct Amazon ownership • Hands-on experience with Seller Central or Vendor Central • Experience managing external agencies and holding them accountable • Strong analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets) • Experience working across multi-brand or multi-SKU portfolios • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills • Hands-on operator mindset
