📋 Description

• Coordinate cross-functional communication between teams, team leads, and management to ensure effective collaboration and timely resolution of operational issues • Manage incoming requests, coordinate task distribution and prioritization, and ensure clear ownership across teams • Track task progress, deadlines, and dependencies, proactively identifying blockers and coordinating their resolution • Organize meetings and follow-ups, ensuring alignment and timely completion of action items • Coordinate quarterly planning, including scope preparation, planning sessions, and alignment of initiatives across teams • Maintain task tracking and documentation in Jira, Confluence, and other relevant tools, ensuring transparency and up-to-date information • Identify process gaps and bottlenecks, driving improvements in operational workflows and cross-team collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, Delivery Management, Operations, or a similar cross-functional role • Proven experience coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Hands-on experience managing incoming requests, task prioritization, ownership, dependencies, and delivery timelines across multiple teams • Upper-Intermediate • Experience working with Jira or similar task management tools • Practical experience monitoring project or operational delivery, proactively identifying blockers and risks, and coordinating their resolution • Highly organized and structured, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate potential blockers and address issues before they impact delivery • Strong coordination and facilitation skills, with the confidence to align different stakeholders and keep discussions focused on outcomes • Continuous improvement mindset, with a genuine interest in optimizing processes and making cross-team collaboration more efficient
