📋 Description

• Develop and implement detailed project plans for complex projects, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines • Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including internal staff and external partners • Serve as principal point of contact for senior management and external partners • Communicate project status, risks, and issues and facilitate regular stakeholder meetings • Identify, assess, and manage complex project risks and issues • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements • Implement and oversee quality control processes • Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and resources • Maintain project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and change logs • Prepare and present project performance reports to senior management and stakeholders • Evaluate and enhance project management processes and practices • Coordinate and complete Security, Operations, and Governance projects requiring business or technological transformations • Execute high-priority initiatives involving technology modernization, testing strategies, cybersecurity, governance, and operations • Foster cross-functional relationships, manage stakeholders, exert organizational influence, and perform ad hoc tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or educational experience in related field preferred, or relevant work experience • 4-6 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale project budgets, timelines, and resources • Proficiency in advanced project management tools and methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches • Experience managing complex or enterprise-level projects in relevant industries such as IT, engineering, or finance • Experience with strategic planning and execution of high-profile projects with significant organizational impact • Background in process improvement and implementation of project management best practices • Deep understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools • Expertise in advanced project management software and tools for planning, tracking, and reporting • Ability to manage substantial budgets, complex schedules, and large resource allocations • Exceptional leadership and team management skills • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with experience managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with senior stakeholders and external partners • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills • Knowledge of Agile Kanban and/or Waterfall frameworks • Ability to convey technical details to engineers and non-technical staff • Knowledge of risk management, monitoring, reporting, stakeholder communication, and post-project evaluation • Experience collaborating with infrastructure and security resources and assisting with technical requirements • General knowledge of networks, servers, storage systems, data centers, cloud platforms, virtualization, network architecture, cybersecurity, databases, disaster recovery, and business continuity • Some experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, products, and service levels • 4-6 years of experience working within a Project Management structure in a support or delivery role • Working towards a Project Management certification • Two or more years of experience with Agile delivery, Kanban, or Lean Management concepts • Working towards ITIL Certification • Working towards advanced certifications in Infrastructure, Security, or Operations preferred • Two or more years of experience working with Infrastructure, Security engineers, or within the IT Risk and Governance space • JIRA experience preferred • ServiceNow experience preferred
