📋 Description

• Own and manage the Product Backlog • Serve as the voice of the customer • Work on a highly collaborative, cross-functional Scrum team supporting the credit union’s vision • Drive development of the highest-value capabilities for Grow products • Collaborate with business product sponsors, business analysts, developers, designers, business stakeholders, legal/compliance, security, and operations • Ensure detailed designs and features delivered by the Scrum team meet stakeholder needs • Adjust quickly and professionally to changing circumstances • Use negotiation and conflict-resolution skills

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, or additional four years of experience in lieu of degree • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) required • Minimum 3 years’ experience working on Scrum and/or Kanban teams • Minimum 1 year experience leading systems/processes/tools for complex integrated organizational projects • Superior communication skills • Highly organized, methodical, and detail oriented • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality • Computer knowledge utilizing Microsoft Office Suite • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time • Must be able to read, write, speak, and type English • Must be able to hear and use a telephone • Ability to use a computer with repetitive keystrokes • Must be located in one of the eligible U.S. states for this remote role
