📋 Description

• Provide friendly, expedient, competent, and professional service to members via video technology, electronic correspondence, written correspondence, and chat • Focus on first-contact resolution • Provide an excellent member experience • Support members during scheduled weekday and Saturday hours • Occasionally travel as needed to cover business continuity, training, and meeting needs

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor of Arts/Science degree from an accredited college or university preferred • Two years related experience in a customer service environment required • Excellent communication skills, including telephone/video etiquette, professional writing, interpersonal skills, and multitasking ability • Excellent working knowledge of Windows-based PC products and general office equipment • Ability to see, hear, read, write, speak, and type in English and Spanish; bilingual required • Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods and wear a headset • Ability to perform repetitive keystrokes • Schedule flexibility between 8 a.m. EST and 6 p.m. EST Monday–Friday and 9 a.m. EST to 1 p.m. EST Saturdays
