📋 Description

• Prospect, present, and close new partner relationships through structured Zoom conversations with high-earning real estate professionals • Conduct outbound calling and disciplined follow-up • Own and manage the sales pipeline • Transition into a board-level advisor role as the portfolio grows • Run strategy sessions and drive accountability for portfolio partners • Ensure partners are scaling • Potentially run final deal closes as a Contract Negotiator, build a consulting portfolio, or lead a division as Vice President

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years of work experience • Track record in financial services, B2B, insurance, real estate, or similar high-stakes sales • Ability to hold a sophisticated conversation with a six-figure business owner and earn their trust • Entrepreneurial mindset • Highly disciplined and self-directed • Fanatical obsession with business development, prospecting, and effective sales • Fanatical obsession with the success of every client managed • Fanatical obsession with contributing to team and company success • Highly professional in appearance, dress, and action • Willingness to follow company systems and processes • Able to work autonomously with little or no supervision • Comfortable and confident presenting concepts and ideas • Authentic and genuine personality • Strong communication skills
