📋 Description

• Handle construction insurance defense cases from inception with minimal supervision • Provide superior client service • Conduct writing, analysis, and research • Participate in client interactions • Handle appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials • Work collaboratively in a national and local law firm environment • Submit a cover letter, resume, and writing sample for consideration

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience preferred for the role • Candidates with all experience levels are welcome to apply • Must be licensed and admitted to practice in California • Excellent academic background • Proven writing skills • Proven analytical skills • Proven research skills • Self-starter able to handle a case from inception with minimal supervision • Team player • Commitment to superior client service • Trial experience preferred but not required • Cover letter, resume, and writing sample required for consideration
