📋 Description

• Handle cutting-edge litigation involving novel legal issues • Work primarily on data breach and technology litigation, including direct and class actions • Address matters involving data privacy, cybersecurity, and technology litigation • Handle matters from inception with minimal supervision • Provide superior client service • Collaborate within Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani’s Cyber, Privacy and Data Security and Technology Litigation Group

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3+ years of legal experience • Focus on data privacy, cybersecurity, and technology litigation • Excellent academic background • Strong writing, research, and communication skills • Ability to handle matters from inception with minimal supervision • Commitment to superior client service • Knowledge of state-level privacy laws, including the CCPA/CPRA • Experience with data breach and cybersecurity class action litigation • Experience with technology/errors and omissions litigation • Law firm experience highly preferred • CIPP/US certification highly preferred • Submit a cover letter, resume, salary requirements, and writing sample
