📋 Description

• Own, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the corporate Quality Management System (QMS) • Provide QMS guidance and support to facility Quality teams • Manage the corporate Document Control program • Manage the Change Control program • Manage and support the corporate Food Safety and Quality Training Program • Serve as business owner and primary Quality administrator for Veeva QualityOne • Develop and support implementation of WBC Quality Standards and corporate Quality standards • Provide governance and workflow support for CAPAs, deviations, non-conformances, and OOS events • Manage complaint trending and quality data analysis • Support facility and corporate Management Review with QMS metrics and quality data • Support internal, customer, regulatory, and certification audits • Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Operations, Product, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and other teams • Monitor QMS effectiveness and recommend system improvements • Provide training, coaching, and technical guidance to Quality teams and stakeholders • Maintain corporate quality records in accordance with regulatory and company requirements • Support harmonization and standardization across facilities and escalate significant risks to Quality leadership • Report to the Director of Quality

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience implementing, managing, and improving Quality Management Systems (QMS) in a regulated food, dietary supplement, consumer health, or related environment • Working knowledge of applicable FDA requirements, including 21 CFR Part 111, and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) • Experience with document control, change control, training systems, CAPA, deviations, OOS investigations, complaint trending, and quality metrics • Experience with electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS); Veeva QualityOne experience strongly preferred • Knowledge of GFSI/SQF quality and food safety system requirements preferred • Ability to develop corporate standards and support implementation across multiple facilities • Strong written and verbal communication, organization, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive timely closure of quality system activities, and influence stakeholders without direct authority • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of Quality Systems/Quality Assurance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant technical work experience • Relevant certifications or formal training in quality systems, auditing, HACCP, SQF/GFSI, root cause analysis, or CAPA preferred • Training and Experience with the 21CFR part 111
