📋 Description

• Own day-to-day purchase order execution through production, shipment, receipt, and exception resolution • Run the operating cadence with suppliers, co-manufacturers, and 3PLs • Maintain accurate available, inbound, and at-risk inventory data • Identify shortages, production delays, material constraints, freight risk, and inventory imbalances early • Escalate risks with recommended actions • Build Claude-powered workflows using PO, inventory, production, and freight data • Generate exception lists, supplier communications, meeting recaps, and decision-ready summaries • Standardize reporting, documentation, and recurring workflows • Write SOPs to support higher volume with fewer manual errors • Work with the Director of Supply Chain and external suppliers, co-manufacturers, and 3PLs

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in supply chain, operations, procurement, production planning, logistics, or inventory management • Experience working close to the physical flow of product • Experience in or around a fast-paced CPG, food/beverage, supplements, wellness, beauty, or other physical-product business (strongly preferred) • Direct coordination with external suppliers, manufacturers, or logistics partners • Experience holding partners to deadlines across multiple workstreams • Hands-on experience with an ERP, inventory, or order management system (NetSuite-style) • Ability to pull and organize clean source data independently • Daily use of Claude or other AI tools for operational work • Ability to write strong prompts, build reusable workflows, and validate AI outputs against source data • Real examples of identifying problems early and driving them to resolution • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Proactive follow-up and risk communication • Comfort with ambiguity and building structure • Collaborative approach and ability to hold teams and partners accountable
