📋 Description

• Manage specialized medical supply par locations, inventories, and implants • Create and design new par locations and adjust inventory levels based on utilization analysis • Manage inventory turns, excess inventory, stock rotation, and expiration dates • Manage consignment inventory programs and compliance documentation • Submit purchase and bill-only requisitions in compliance with cost accounting and contract policies • Research purchase order statuses and resolve perpetual inventory issues • Manage overnight, backorder, and stock-out requests and communicate impact to department leaders • Arrange critical expedited transportation to support patient care • Reconcile and remedy shipping errors and incorrectly shipped products • Investigate product recalls, pull affected equipment and supplies, and maintain recall records • Lead or participate in continuous process improvement initiatives • Onboard, mentor, and train associates on ERP and Supply Chain processes • Maintain stock location orderliness and cleanliness • Lead stock inventories • Maintain key documentation and records

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED (required) • 1 year experience in inventory management or supply chain function (required) • Lean, 5S, Continuous Improvement experience (required) • 2 years in medical Supply Chain operations (preferred) • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) • Attention to detail • Critical thinking • Communication • Teamwork • Conflict resolution • Active listening • Relationship building • Lean methodologies • 5S Programs • Continuous Improvement Process • Data entry • Resource utilization • Safety standards • Supply inventory • Supply chain • Financial management • Enterprise resource management • Project management • Purchase orders • Leadership
