📋 Description

• Lead financial planning, governance, and operational execution for a complex Supply Chain Technology portfolio • Serve as a liaison between Technology, Finance, and business stakeholders • Maintain fiscal calendars and coordinate budgeting cycles • Track operating and capital expenditures • Monitor Accounts Payable activities • Support financial variance analysis and reporting • Establish and execute communication with project stakeholders • Lead project planning, including scope, deliverables, dates, work breakdown structures, and milestones • Create, monitor, track, and adjust project plans • Execute change management processes and activities within the Technology organization • Align dependencies and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues • Execute fiscal management and reporting for operational, product/business, technology, and vendor stakeholders • Forecast gross labor, capital spend, and non-labor expenses for tracking, reporting, and variance analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills for financial analysis, reporting, and budget tracking • Proficient knowledge of Tableau and data visualization/reporting tools • Proficient knowledge of Google BigQuery (GBQ) • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, and variance analysis • Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes, invoice management, accruals, and financial reconciliation activities • Ability to analyze financial data and draw accurate conclusions to support business and investment decisions • Demonstrated ability to manage portfolio financials, including operating expenses, capital expenses, labor tracking, and vendor spend • Strong organizational skills with experience managing complex fiscal calendars, budget cycles, and financial planning activities • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including Technology, Finance, Procurement, and business leaders • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously • Experience identifying, managing, and mitigating financial and operational risks • Experience supporting financial governance and reporting for technology or business portfolios • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities and deadlines • Bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job • Minimum 2 years of work experience
