📋 Description

• Manage the overall financial, operational, and employee aspects of multiple accounts • Retain and grow business profitably across the assigned accounts • Ensure financial, employee, safety, and customer satisfaction goals are met • Set goals, assess skills, create IDPs, support career development, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing feedback • Handle disciplinary actions, warning documentation, and performance improvement plans • Identify situations requiring escalation to the director • Develop direct and indirect reports and provide relevant HR skills training • Select qualified personnel and maintain corrective staffing levels • Create location processes, maintain SCLM, and cross-train CLS and CLC staff • Resolve customer satisfaction issues and review and improve KPI tracking • Ensure staff training in transportation/distribution management • Improve employee retention and reduce accidents and unnecessary overtime • Follow up on collision/team safety reporting and first reports of injury • Recommend and implement location process improvements and assign responsibilities • Conduct ongoing self-audits of location processes and individual accountabilities • Reconcile SOX invoices, prepare SOX revenue recognition, and invoice customers • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, logistics, supply chain or an additional two (2) years of relevant work experience required • 5 years or more of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry-related field • 5 years or more in managing large multi-level teams • 3 years or more of demonstrated experience developing and implementing complete logistics solutions and project management skills • 1 year or more in managing customer KPIs • Demonstrated project management and facilitation skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team • Flexibility and self-direction in a fast-paced environment • Excellent multitasking, organization, and time management skills • Detailed orientation with excellent follow-up practices • Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office • Master's Degree in related field, 5+ years managing/directing reports, LEAN work environment experience, P&L responsibility, sales experience, multi-client experience, and knowledge of truck brokerage, logistics/transportation, Ryder safety programs, financial reporting/accounting procedures, RD2000, Ryder products and services, sales process, and pricing models are preferred • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
