📋 Description

• Serve as strategic technology leader for Medtronic’s global supply chain • Advise Global Supply Chain leadership and align technology strategy, roadmaps, and investments with business priorities • Lead supply chain transformation using digital technologies, automation, AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics • Improve forecasting, inventory optimization, operational efficiency, decision-making, and supply chain performance • Own delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of critical supply chain applications and platforms • Ensure reliability, security, scalability, service quality, enterprise architecture alignment, and cybersecurity compliance • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry-leading practices • Maintain portfolio governance, risk management, vendor strategy, business cases, and technology investment accountability • Build and develop a high-performing global team • Foster collaboration, innovation, accountability, and product-focused execution • Translate business priorities into a multi-year digital roadmap and measurable business outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of relevant experience or 13+ years of relevant experience with an Advanced degree • 10+ years of leadership experience managing global teams and complex technology portfolios • 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain IT • Experience in planning, integrated business planning, logistics, transportation, warehousing, and global distribution • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment unless applicable Principal-level-or-above sponsorship policy applies • Proven ability to partner with senior executives and develop technology strategies • Demonstrated success leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives • Deep knowledge of ERP, planning, transportation, warehouse management, integration platforms, connected operations, smart logistics, and warehouse automation • Strong expertise in data, analytics, AI/ML, Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies • Extensive experience with adoption, financial performance, vendor management, cybersecurity, compliance, enterprise architecture, governance, and risk management • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience leading organizational change and influencing across business and technology functions • Commitment to talent development, innovation, accountability, inclusive high-performing teams, and a digital-first mindset
