📋 Description

• Lead the Supply Chain Controllership function supporting global manufacturing and supply chain operations • Oversee inventory accounting, manufacturing cost accounting, standard costing, logistics accounting, compensation and benefits accounting, capital investment accounting, and supply chain financial controls • Develop and execute the controllership strategy for manufacturing, inventory, procurement, logistics, and distribution • Develop the vision, operating model, and talent strategy for the Supply Chain Controllership organization • Build and develop a high-performing team through coaching, succession planning, and performance management • Establish consistent accounting policies, governance, and scalable processes • Ensure accurate accounting and valuation for inventory, including raw materials, work-in-process, finished goods, spare parts, and obsolete inventory under U.S. GAAP • Oversee standard cost development and annual cost roll processes • Monitor manufacturing variances, including purchase price, production, labor efficiency, material usage, scrap, yield, freight, and overhead absorption • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities • Ensure accurate reporting of inventory, cost of goods sold, manufacturing variances, fixed assets, reserves, freight, and logistics expenses • Support external reporting and SEC disclosures, including DISE disclosures • Apply Lean principles to standardize and continuously improve processes • Drive innovation using ERP tools, analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital tools • Improve close timelines while enhancing quality and control • Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Operations, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Executive Leadership, Internal Audit, and external auditors • Maintain SOX-compliant internal controls and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, company policies, and regulatory requirements • Drive remediation of audit findings and process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field • Major experience in supply chain accounting or other controllership areas • Strong experience and knowledge in Electrification supply chain controllership activities • Experience working across multi-country / multi-entity finance operations • Ability to document processes and standard work • Process mapping / VSM experience preferred • Strong data analysis skills • Advanced Excel • Exposure to Power BI or similar is a plus • Strong oral and written communication skills • Highly analytical problem-solving skills • Ability to collaborate across finance structures • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Experience managing a team • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to lead programs / projects • Established project management skills • BPSS clearance required and must be maintained • For UK applicants, eligibility for sponsorship under the UK Skilled Worker visa route may apply
