📋 Description

• Participate in a 24-month program with two 12-month development assignments in different Supply Chain field and corporate functions • Gain experience across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Ingredient Merchandising & Sourcing, Logistics, and Continuous Improvement • Complete formal training, work assignments, strategic projects, career development, and networking opportunities • Participate in community service • Navigate challenging, diverse, and high-visibility assignments spanning the Supply Chain • Become eligible for key Supply Chain & Operations roles upon successful program completion

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Operations, Business/Ag Business, Economics, Food Science, Engineering, Agriculture, or an accredited undergraduate program • December 2026 or May 2027 graduate • Demonstrated leadership in school/academic/industry related clubs • Willingness to relocate and travel
