📋 Description

• Oversee all logistics operations within an assigned division or zone • Lead performance management of CDC operators, wholesalers, and logistics partners • Monitor and improve on-time delivery, fill rate, delivery execution, and other service and quality measures • Conduct business and performance reviews, identify gaps, and develop corrective action plans • Monitor logistics expenses and partner costs; support budgets and forecasts • Improve productivity, reduce costs, and optimize network performance • Drive safety culture and monitor partner safety performance • Resolve complex operational, service, and store issues through root cause analysis and cross-functional coordination • Use operational and performance data to identify trends and lead continuous improvement initiatives • Implement strategic Demand Chain processes, systems, technology, and operating models • Partner with Demand Chain, Operations, Merchandising, Finance, Technology, and other stakeholders • Communicate performance, risks, trends, initiatives, and improvement opportunities to leadership and partners • Establish priorities and coach and develop team capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field • 5+ years of relevant work experience • 2+ years of management experience • Strong knowledge of transportation management, warehouse operations, and distribution center processes • Advanced analytical skills with expertise in Excel, data analysis, and performance metrics reporting • Excellent project management abilities with experience leading cross-functional initiatives and process improvement projects • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, analyzing cost structures, and implementing cost-saving strategies • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels • Proven leadership capabilities with track record of building high-performing teams and developing talent • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
