📋 Description

• Formulate and execute proposal strategy and sales agreements • Formulate deal structure, pricing, and proposal development • Assist in customer negotiations • Identify new opportunities with functional partners to develop new products and services for business growth • Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve the proposal process • Develop specialized knowledge of commercial developments in the assigned area • Contribute to strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within the area of responsibility • Apply knowledge of best practices, competition, and market differentiators • Use judgment to make decisions and solve moderately complex tasks or problems across projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns, or customers • Use technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations • Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues • Lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements • Explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus • Influence stakeholders on topics within the field

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, or high school diploma/equivalent with 6 years' experience in sales function • 6+ years of sales-related experience • Experience in Power Transmission & Distribution and/or Power Transformers • Ability to travel as required, up to 50% • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Experience developing and executing successful growth strategies • Ability to interact and work cooperatively with multiple stakeholders and customers • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs and projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills
