📋 Description

• Analyze, develop, and execute pricing strategies across retail pharmacy, mail pharmacy, specialty, rebate aggregators, and pharmaceutical manufacturers • Support overall supply chain operations and strategy • Maintain and grow relationships with key pricing and business intelligence supply chain contacts • Leverage data analytics and economic modeling to support pharmacy benefit proposals • Analyze market opportunities and identify new channels for the sales organization • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Sales Ops, Partnerships, Analytics, Product, and Marketing teams on pricing strategies • Build enablement materials including playbooks, cheat sheets, objection-handling guides, and FAQs • Participate in and facilitate partner meetings and present SmithRx differentiators and value propositions • Prepare materials and assist with internal and external training • Track and demonstrate client value and ROI from strategic partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in pharmacy, healthcare tech, or the PBM space • 3+ years of experience in pricing strategy, pharmacy reimbursement, or business intelligence • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Analytics, or a related field • Experience working effectively within a high-growth, fast-changing environment • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex internal processes and data into actionable insight • Excellent presentation, writing, and interpersonal communication skills • Hands-on proficiency leveraging technology, Looker or BI platforms, and analytical tools • Solid understanding of pharmacy reimbursement, pricing benchmarks, PBM client pricing, and the competitive landscape • Background in commercial insurance (self-funded programs), relationship management, data-driven analysis, and external presentations
