📋 Description

• Execute US Aortic field inventory strategies and initiatives to achieve Service, Inventory, Scrap, Obsolescence, Gains and Losses (SOGL), and Freight goals • Act as district liaison between field employees/customers and Global Supply Chain, Distribution, Customer Care, Marketing, Logistics, and IT • Coordinate inventory strategies with internal and external business partners • Support inventory repositioning for emergent cases, field order fulfillment, short-date management, stagnant inventory management, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy corrections • Partner with District Service Managers, Clinical Specialists, Sales Representatives, and District Managers on coverage logistics • Mobilize inventory for supply constraints within the assigned district • Collaborate with Customer Care Supply Chain Analysts and Field Inventory Program Managers • Review and analyze data, elevate issues, develop business cases and alternatives, and drive stakeholder action • Communicate and facilitate inventory management initiatives with sales teams • Monitor and maintain inventory levels at customer accounts • Conduct customer-account inventory cycle counts • Identify, segregate, return, and swap expired or short-dated units • Resolve discrepant inventory levels at customer accounts • Educate customers on inventory management processes and requirements • Support customer order fulfillment and obtain signed Consignment Agreements and Inventory Schedules • Provide regular evening and weekend on-call support for critical business needs • Travel locally regularly, with overnight or occasional flight travel • Adhere to FDA regulations, quality and training requirements, SOPs, and work instructions • Maintain current training and product knowledge • Propose and implement process improvements • Meet deadlines, communicate proactively, and adjust expectations when needed • Receive cross-training for the cardiovascular clinical specialist role

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree required • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience • Experience with inventory management within supply chain or distribution environment • Self-motivated; can work with minimal supervision remotely traveling to key customers • Systems knowledge: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Salesforce, mStar • Ability to travel overnight on short notice as needed • Must have valid driver’s license with clean record • Preferred to have Six Sigma Yellow, Green or Black Belt Certification • Preferred to have APICS CPIM/CSCP Certification • Demonstrated negotiation/influence management skills • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills • Proven ability to produce consistent, detail oriented, high quality work • Ability to execute logically, calmly and efficiently in a chaotic and stressful environment • Strong knowledge and understanding of supply chain-related regulatory requirements • Experience working in a regulated environment, ideally the medical device industry • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at time of hire and throughout employment • Ability to support overnight/long-distance travel to SEC District when required (25–50%)
