📋 Description

• Own supply and inventory planning for Blueland’s Marketplace channel, primarily Amazon • Translate demand forecasts into monthly and weekly production, purchasing, and inventory deployment plans • Develop manufacturing plans with contract manufacturers based on demand, capacity, lead times, MOQs, and material availability • Incorporate Amazon requirements, promotional events, Prime Day, seasonal peaks, launches, and other demand drivers into supply plans • Monitor Amazon inventory, weeks of supply, inbound inventory, sell-through, and replenishment needs • Develop inventory allocation and replenishment strategies across Amazon and Blueland’s warehouse network • Manage production priorities and communicate forecasts, purchase requirements, and changing business needs to contract manufacturers • Forecast packaging requirements, coordinate purchase orders, and ensure packaging availability • Monitor raw material, packaging, work-in-process, and finished goods availability • Manage purchase order issuance and track inbound materials and finished goods • Partner with Demand Planning, Marketplace, Finance, Logistics, and Operations teams in the Sales & Operations Planning process • Support product launches, transitions, promotions, and discontinuations • Analyze forecast changes, inventory trends, production performance, and supplier constraints • Maintain planning parameters, item data, lead times, MOQs, and supply planning inputs • Drive continuous improvement in supply planning processes, tools, reporting, and supplier collaboration • Coordinate co-packing vendors on pre-kitted marketplace inventory

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of direct Amazon supply chain, inventory planning, or replenishment experience • 5+ years of Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, or related experience, ideally within CPG or a fast-growing omnichannel consumer brand • Experience translating demand forecasts into production and inventory plans • Experience working directly with contract manufacturers and/or external manufacturing partners • Experience planning packaging or raw material requirements and working with external suppliers • Strong understanding of safety stock, lead times, service levels, inventory turns, and weeks/days of supply • Ability to identify supply and inventory risks and develop mitigation plans • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized; able to manage large amounts of data accurately • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and adjust plans as demand, production capacity, and priorities change • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to build strong relationships and hold external partners accountable • Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets and Excel required • Experience with NetSuite and supply/demand planning systems preferred
