📋 Description

• Execute U.S. Aortic field inventory strategies and initiatives to achieve service, inventory, scrap, obsolescence, gains and losses, and freight goals • Serve as district liaison between field employees/customers and Global Supply Chain, Distribution, Customer Care, Marketing, Logistics, and IT • Coordinate inventory strategies with internal and external business partners • Support inventory repositioning for emergent cases, field orders, short-date management, stagnant inventory management, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy corrections • Coordinate daily coverage logistics to ensure products are in the right place at the right time • Mobilize inventory for supply constraints within the assigned district • Collaborate with Customer Care Supply Chain Analysts and Field Inventory Program Managers • Analyze data, elevate issues, develop business cases and alternatives, and drive stakeholder action • Communicate and facilitate inventory-management initiatives with sales teams • Monitor and maintain inventory levels at customer accounts • Conduct customer-account cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies • Identify, segregate, return, and swap expired or short-dated units • Educate customers on inventory management, care and handling, inventory levels, use-by-date reviews, order placement, returns, and swap-outs • Assist sales field with signed Consignment Agreements and Inventory Schedules • Provide regular evening and weekend on-call support for critical business needs • Travel locally regularly, with overnight or occasional flight travel • Adhere to FDA regulations, quality and training requirements, SOPs, and work instructions • Maintain current training and product knowledge • Propose and implement process improvements; meet deadlines and drive results • Work a flexible schedule as business needs dictate

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at the time of hire and for the duration of employment; sponsorship is not offered for roles below Principal level • Valid driver's license with clean record • Ability to support overnight/long-distance travel to SEC District when required (25–50%) • Experience with inventory management within supply chain or distribution environment preferred • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Salesforce, and mStar knowledge preferred • Ability to travel overnight on short notice as needed • Six Sigma Yellow, Green, or Black Belt Certification preferred • APICS CPIM/CSCP Certification preferred • Demonstrated negotiation/influence management skills • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; flexibility to changing business needs • Proven ability to produce consistent, detail-oriented, high-quality work • Ability to execute logically, calmly, and efficiently in a chaotic and stressful environment • Strong knowledge of supply chain-related regulatory requirements and ability to assess procedures and resolve gaps • Experience working in a regulated environment, ideally the medical device industry • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
