📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the Rotinas GB mobile app and the Gestão de Rotinas web module for consultants and franchisees of Grupo Boticário • Increase the operational potential of franchises by centralizing store management and simplifying consultants’ day-to-day tasks • Provide technical leadership for fullstack development in Flutter and Node • Define architectural standards, reusable components and strategies for complex features • Propose and implement scalable, maintainable and high-performance solutions • Establish coding standards, testing practices and CI/CD processes • Perform code reviews and ensure delivery quality • Mentor developers through 1:1 mentoring, pair programming, tech talks and knowledge sharing • Collaborate with product and business stakeholders, translating requirements into technical solutions • Research and propose new technologies, tools and best practices • Identify, prioritize and lead refactoring initiatives and technical debt reduction

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced experience with Flutter in complex production projects, state management, modular architectures and performance optimization; 4+ years • Proficient in Node.js and REST/GraphQL APIs using Express, Fastify or NestJS; 4+ years • Modeling and optimization of SQL databases, including PostgreSQL/MySQL • Experience with NoSQL databases, including MongoDB/DynamoDB • Solid knowledge of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, microservices, automated testing and software resilience • Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes and AWS or GCP • Ability to operate across the frontend and backend infrastructure • Experience as a technical reference in architectural decisions, standards definition and technical leadership by influence • Experience with code reviews, training, mentoring and documentation • Ability to connect technical decisions to product impact and time-to-market • Ability to translate technical concepts for developers, managers and business stakeholders • Strong sense of ownership and resilience to deliver results in dynamic, high-pressure environments
