• Serve as the single point of contact for consented patients and caregivers across the GSK Oncology portfolio • Help providers and patients navigate coverage, reimbursement, and support solutions so patients start and remain on therapy • Guide patients and caregivers through onboarding, access, and ongoing treatment-journey phases • Support provider accounts with coverage, coding, and payment questions after prescribing decisions • Provide approved oncology-specific care, benefit, product, disease-state, and program-resource information • Conduct welcome calls and ongoing patient-journey touchpoints using approved guides, FAQs, and Prescribing Information • Support patient enrollment in GSK services, including PAP, and guide patients and offices through enrollment requirements and consent capture • Educate patients on coverage outcomes, cost-sharing, financial assistance, alternate coverage, and independent foundations within program rules • Facilitate transfers to Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Information, the GSK Response Center, REMS vendors, and back-office Benefits Specialists • Verify patient identifiers and consent status and document interactions in approved systems • Capture and report adverse events and product quality complaints within required timeframes • Educate provider offices on payer coverage, coding, payment policies, and GSK Patient Support Programs • Support office-level access case resolution by explaining benefit investigations, prior authorization requirements, and appeal pathways • Identify access and reimbursement barriers and escalate complex issues to specialist access functions and leadership • Interface with Payer Account Managers, Specialty Pharmacy Account Directors, and Oncology Sales teams within compliance boundaries • Document interactions and manage cases in Salesforce Health Cloud / CRM • Follow SOPs, business rules, corporate policies, confidentiality requirements, and HIPAA privacy requirements • Maintain strict separation between patient-facing and account-facing activities and protect patient-identifiable information from commercial teams
• Bachelor's degree • 3+ years of combined experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or helping patients and providers navigate insurance verification, prior authorization requirements, and access criteria • Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnights • Valid driver's license • Candidates should reside within the assigned territory or within 30 miles of the territory border • Extensive experience in oncology patient navigation, access and reimbursement, or hub case management • Advanced degree, such as an MBA, MPH, PharmD, or another relevant clinical or business degree • Active RN license and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) • Experience using CRM and case-management platforms, preferably Salesforce Health Cloud • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
