📋 Description

• Provide scientific knowledge, business acumen, and customer engagement expertise to specialist customers in support of a GSK biologic product • Understand reimbursement and distribution landscapes for specialist customers • Refer customers to appropriate reimbursement and distribution resources while following GSK guidelines and values • Maintain severe asthma therapeutic expertise and current data knowledge • Provide product educational programs and in-services to customers • Develop strategies and tactics to generate sales • Develop and implement customer-specific strategies for account stakeholders • Maintain working relationships with Marketing, Payer Relations Managers, Medical Science Liaisons, and other GSK functions • Effectively manage allocated resources • Respond to customer requests, inquiries, and needs • Travel regularly within the assigned territory and occasionally beyond

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution • 12+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device experience for Senior Specialty Account Specialist (grade 7) • Ability to travel domestically as necessary, including overnight travel up to 20% in some territories • Valid driver’s license • Must be able and willing to drive or operate a vehicle; driving is an essential function • Must live in Atlanta, Georgia, or the surrounding area • Specialty product experience using Buy & Bill or specialty pharmacy distribution modes is preferred • Expertise working with Payer Reimbursement Managers is preferred • Biologic, rare disease, immunology sales experience is preferred • Account management, cross-functional work, data-to-insights, digital fluency, omnichannel, and scientific literacy
