📋 Description

• Drive appropriate product adoption across targeted urology accounts, including large urology group practices, hospital-affiliated urology practices, and other high-potential specialty accounts • Engage urologists, APPs, practice administrators, clinical staff, and other office stakeholders to support patient identification, treatment selection, practice workflow, and appropriate product utilization • Meet or exceed sales performance objectives in the assigned territory • Develop, implement, and execute an integrated territory business plan • Provide scientific and clinical information regarding the disease state and approved product • Deliver clinically branded sales presentations to physicians, APPs, medical staff, and clinic personnel • Utilize and manage resources to optimize customer engagement • Collaborate with Organized Provider Account Directors, Reimbursement Managers, and other cross-functional stakeholders • Translate formulary wins and market access achievements into consistent prescribing and utilization • Educate customers on patient eligibility, treatment selection, and the clinical rationale for hospital avoidance • Identify and address barriers impacting product adoption • Plan activities to achieve call metrics and optimize customer coverage and frequency • Develop product and account knowledge and monitor market trends • Analyze utilization trends, customer insights, and local market dynamics • Conduct educational programs, in-services, speaker programs, and compliant scientific discussions • Share best practices and strategies with sales peers • Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory performance • Develop territory plans with the Regional Sales Director, brand team, and support partners • Manage the territory budget for sales and marketing activities • Complete administrative tasks and execute company brand strategy within the assigned geographic area • Participate in training and development programs • Maintain compliance with corporate and industry policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution • Valid driver's license • 4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/medical/biotech industry • 2+ years of practice group account management experience • Willingness to travel up to 50% within assigned geography, including overnight travel • Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds • Consistent record of top-tier sales performance and proven product launch success • Demonstrated success driving demand generation within large group accounts • Urology sales experience strongly preferred • Anti-Infective experience preferred • Expertise in account selling and managing complex sales processes • Deep knowledge of group practice business model, organizational structure, and key stakeholder roles • Strong understanding of group practice account decision-making processes, clinical pathways, formulary management, and antimicrobial stewardship programs • Experience collaborating across community and hospital care settings • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team • Analyze data and trends to create actionable business plans • Flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions • Demonstrated ability to adhere to all regulatory, legal, and compliance standards • Exceptional presentation and selling skills, coupled with strong business acumen
