📋 Description

• Establish, lead, and govern a centralized enterprise-wide PMO framework • Drive execution discipline, prioritization, and value realization across the organization • Ensure strategic initiatives, operational programs, and technology investments are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to private equity value-creation objectives • Oversee the enterprise project and program portfolio, including status, dependencies, risks, and financial impact • Support private equity value-creation initiatives, add-on integrations, and transformation programs • Apply Lean and process improvement principles to improve delivery efficiency and reduce execution friction • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing EPMO team • Own PMO tools, dashboards, and reporting standards • Provide portfolio transparency and executive decision support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Health Administration or a related field • 8–12 years of progressive experience in project, program, or portfolio management • 5+ years leading enterprise change or transformation initiatives • Prior experience at a top-tier management consulting firm OR proven enterprise PMO leadership at a comparable operating company • MBA or Master's preferred • Experience with Monday.com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner/Project, Power BI, and SharePoint
