• Direct and support all aspects of Community Supported Living operations in the assigned region • Work with key functional areas to ensure quality supports and budget compliance • Implement Individual and Behavioral Support Plans • Supervise individuals’ supports and oversee ongoing program development • Supervise Direct Support Professionals in individuals’ homes and apartments • Train, schedule, and conduct performance appraisals for Direct Support Professionals • Ensure individuals’ needs and desires are met or exceeded through targeted staff use • Manage personnel and ensure program staff coverage at all times • Provide program supports and services when other staff are unavailable • Maintain a safe home environment that meets individuals’ needs and preferences • Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• 1–3 years of experience managing behaviors and diverse medical needs • Associate degree or higher • Strong leadership and development skills • Knowledge of managing a budget • Preferred Associate degree or higher in Health Administration • Ability to supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate Direct Support Professionals • Ability to ensure staff coverage and provide supports when other staff are unavailable • Ability to comply with organizational policies and federal, state, and local regulations
