📋 Description

• Lead the development of complex financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses • Translate financial and operational data into actionable insights for business leaders • Identify performance drivers and recommend opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency • Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial guidance and strategic support • Align financial planning with operational objectives and long-term business strategy • Develop and deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis • Improve financial reporting processes, tools, and methodologies • Present complex financial information clearly and commercially • Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives • Mentor junior analysts and promote analytical excellence and professional development • Foster accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline • 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Analysis, or a related finance role • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI • Strong financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis experience • Deep understanding of financial statements and business performance metrics • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights and recommendations • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • FP&A experience within technology, telecommunications, SaaS, or other subscription-based revenue environments preferred • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial planning applications preferred • Strong project management and organisational skills preferred • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and mentoring colleagues preferred
