📋 Description

• Assist with training new hires, maintaining training checklists, and auditing new-hire work as needed • Manage higher caseloads and/or complex territories based on business needs • Answer common issues and inquiries and escalate to Client Services leadership when needed • Receive and respond to phone, email, and web inquiries from physician offices, laboratories, hospitals, sales representatives, and patients • Resolve cases quickly to contribute to territory volume growth • Work in a team environment and contribute to department and company goals • Maintain precise documentation of email, fax, phone communications, and follow-up activities • Follow SOPs for data entry and data verification • Enter and qualify new customer information in Salesforce.com and LIMS • Contact physicians and medical personnel to obtain missing order-entry information • Partner with the Clinical Lab to ensure client information is entered correctly • Send or resend patient reports as requested • Assist with administrative duties, kit ordering, and coordination of offsite phlebotomy services • Communicate with clients, patients, and sales teams using Salesforce and integrated software platforms • Achieve team and individual goals and monitor personal metrics • Resolve customer complaints and escalated situations • Work flexibly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with customers in pharma, diagnostic, medical device, biotech or healthcare setting • Solid experience using Microsoft Office • Salesforce (CRM) experience is a plus • Quick learner able to work collaboratively in an operationally complex multi-product environment and adapt to changing procedures and policies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of computer proficiency, preferably in a Mac environment • Ability to multitask, work with self-discipline, good judgment, and independence • Demonstrated ability to be an organized, detailed oriented problem solver and manage client facing escalated situations professionally • Flexibility with respect to working hours based on client and company needs • Bilingual English/Spanish is an asset • Ability to travel to Guardant Health offices for trainings and meetings is required • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds may be necessary • Background screening including criminal history is required • Ability to critically evaluate and responsibly leverage AI-enabled tools in accordance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements • Four-year college degree in Biological Sciences or similar discipline is preferred
