📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end execution of learning and development programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines • Plan, schedule, and coordinate resources across multiple programs • Lead the evolution of existing programs and creation of new programs • Oversee logistics for onboarding, workshops, e-learning, and leadership development initiatives • Partner with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement of L&D offerings • Expand learning and development programs globally • Lead strategic communications planning for micro-learns, workshops, and development opportunities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and people leaders; advise and coach at a senior level • Develop and maintain process documentation and project plans • Track learning engagement, learner participation, program and vendor evaluation • Coordinate external vendors and internal resources, monitor contracts, and ensure deliverables are on time and within scope • Assist with change management planning and implementation • Track schedules, budgets, results, and project metrics; report progress to leadership • Provide coaching and development consulting for teams and leaders • Responsibly leverage AI-enabled tools to improve work efficiency, effectiveness, and quality

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of program management experience, ideally in learning and development, HR, or a related field • Deep expertise in employee development strategy, design, or learning • Strong project management skills leading complex, multi-phase initiatives from initiation through completion • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to build effective communications that enhance engagement • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain timelines, and ensure deliverables are met on time • Familiarity with project management, LMS tools, and systems • Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office Suite • Background screening including criminal history is required • Preferred familiarity with Litmos • Preferred certifications: GallupClifton Strengths, DiSC, Crucial Conversations, or coaching certification
