📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end execution of learning and development programs aligned with business objectives and timelines • Plan, schedule, and coordinate resources across multiple programs • Manage program communications, learner engagement, and program success • Lead the evolution of existing programs and creation of new learning and development programs • Oversee logistical execution of onboarding, workshops, e-learning, and leadership development initiatives • Partner with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement of L&D offerings • Innovate methods, procedures, and approaches and expand programs globally • Develop strategic communication plans using micro-learns, learning programs, workshops, and other development opportunities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and people leaders to coordinate deliverables and advise and coach at a senior level • Develop and maintain process documentation and project plans • Refine methods for tracking learning engagement, learner participation, and program and vendor evaluation • Coordinate external vendors and internal resources, monitor contracts, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope • Assist with change management planning and strategies for new L&D initiatives • Track schedules, budgets, results, and key metrics and provide progress reports to leadership • Provide coaching and development consulting for teams and leaders

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of program management experience, ideally in learning and development, HR, or a related field • Deep expertise in employee development strategy, design, or learning • Strong project management skills, including experience leading complex, multi-phase initiatives from initiation through completion • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to build effective communications that enhance engagement • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain timelines, and ensure deliverables are met on time • Familiarity with project management, LMS tools and systems • Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office Suite • Litmos proficiency preferred • Preferred certifications such as GallupClifton Strengths, DiSC, Crucial Conversations, or coaching certification are appreciated • Ability to critically evaluate and responsibly leverage AI-enabled tools in accordance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements • Ability to sit for extended periods of time • Background screening including criminal history is required
