📋 Description

• Assist Project Managers with development and construction of utility-scale solar projects • Help manage project execution, including schedule management, financial forecasting, prime contract compliance, progress reporting, and customer and community relations • Maintain project documentation for contract administration, schedules, and budgets • Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders • Manage project scope, identify critical variables, and develop contingency plans • Assist with timely project reporting to internal teams and external customers • Assist the Project Manager in ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements • Build customer rapport and identify strategic opportunities for long-term mutually beneficial relationships • Support execution of full turnkey PV and BESS plants with collection substations and generation transmission lines

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working on EPC, large-scale industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects, or experience as a Project Manager • Understanding of prime contract and subcontract language • Experience with cost estimating, scheduling, assessing project needs, scoping, and/or customer interfacing • Valid driver's license • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship • EPC experience in solar, wind, BESS, conventional power, or industrial projects (preferred)
