📋 Description

• Implement Mobile Video solutions • Lead and act as the focal point for all aspects of assigned projects • Deliver contractual scope on schedule and within budget while maintaining customer satisfaction • Use project-management tools including schedules, critical path analysis, budgets, change orders, risk assessments, and action-item logs • Analyze complex issues and develop resolutions • Allocate resources to meet project, financial, and customer-satisfaction objectives • Communicate directly with customers and relevant senior internal stakeholders • Conduct project reviews throughout the project lifecycle • Manage overall pre-tax profit of assigned projects • Direct and coordinate project-team activities • Contribute to project plans and organizational objectives • Prepare project-status reports for upper management

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma, plus a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, IT, Management, or Technology required • 2 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Product Management • Strong presentation and negotiating skills • PMP highly desired • Knowledge of mobile video technology, including required wireless/LTE infrastructure, policy/procedures for retention/redaction/chain of custody, evidence management software and workflow, a plus • Self motivated team player able to work effectively with general guidance toward objectives • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely required • Employer work permit sponsorship is not available • Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers • Successfully passing a stringent fingerprint background check administered by Motorola Solutions customers • Candidates should be located in Texas or Oklahoma • Travel requirement of 50–75% / over 50%
