📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team dedicated to supporting a key customer within Molex's Optical Connectivity Group. • Oversee day-to-day inside sales activities. • Drive order and program management. • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and improve processes. • Ensure exceptional service and operational execution. • Manage execution, requirements, and maintenance of specialized customer programs. • Issue customer quotations and proactively follow up on results.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field. • Progressive experience in customer operations or inside sales. • Prior experience directly leading and developing customer service teams in a fast-paced environment.
