📋 Description

• Research, compile, and deliver three to five pre-screened resources relevant to clients’ specific needs through telephone and internet research within two business days • Find a minimum of three referrals for each request • Format research into comprehensive referral packets using ComPsych Work-Life branding and quality standards within two business days • Complete three requests per day while maintaining quality standards • Follow up with clients on each work-life package within three business days • Achieve a 100% client satisfaction rate • Complete a new work-life package within one business day when satisfaction standards are not met • Support ongoing process improvement objectives, new products, and special projects • Obtain resources and referrals meeting client needs through phone interactions • Work on a team to share research findings and referrals • Document all work-life packages in ComPsych databases • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated internet research skills • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferred Social Work or Psychology • Resources must be provided in both English and Spanish • Translation of HelpSheets and other documents into Spanish when needed • Excellent interpersonal and phone skills
