📋 Description

• Handle a wide-ranging portfolio of analytic needs across internal teams and external clients • Work with claims, eligibility/enrollment, clinical, and supplemental healthcare data • Produce reliable, well-documented analytic datasets • Design, build, and deliver analyses addressing business and clinical questions from scoping through presentation • Own custom client builds end-to-end, including scope definition, development, iteration, and maintenance • Develop analyses supporting value-based care programs, quality measure performance, risk adjustment, risk score accuracy, and utilization and cost-of-care trends • Serve as an analytic point of contact for assigned clients • Validate results and investigate anomalies • Balance competing priorities across accounts and internal initiatives • Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences through written summaries, presentations, and visualizations • Document methodology, assumptions, and data limitations for reproducibility and transferability • Follow security policies and procedures to protect PHI, PII, and company intellectual property • Participate in identity verification during hiring and onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus at least three years of professional experience in data analytics, or a master's degree with independent research experience • Strong problem-solving instincts, curiosity, and persistence • Experience performing analytics on healthcare data • Working knowledge of healthcare code sets and data structures, including ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS, DRG, NDC, revenue codes, place of service, and claim file layouts • Strong SQL skills, including working with large, imperfect datasets and writing maintainable queries • Proficiency in at least one analytic or statistical tool beyond SQL, such as Python or R • Experience building data visualizations and dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Quicksight • Track record of delivering maintainable, documented work beyond handoff • Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting analytic results to stakeholders or clients • Composure and professionalism in demanding situations • Ability to work without employer-sponsored work visa sponsorship now or in the future • Internet connection capable of video calls and internal/external systems, with minimum speeds of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Willingness to disclose any secondary employment • Availability during stated working hours and participation in virtual meetings with cameras on
