📋 Description

• Lead the analysis and interpretation of data to drive strategic business decisions • Mentor and coach junior data analysts, fostering their professional development • Partner with stakeholders to define data-driven solutions aligned with business objectives • Design and implement robust data models and architecture • Develop advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data efficiently • Oversee creation and optimization of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations • Ensure best practices in data governance, quality assurance, and security compliance • Drive adoption of new data analysis tools and methodologies • Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to improve data pipelines and accessibility • Communicate complex data insights to executive stakeholders clearly and actionably • Lead Agile data analysis initiatives aligned with overall business strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data analysis or related fields • Expert SQL skills, including query optimization and data transformation • Extensive experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI • Strong understanding of cloud analytics products such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Microsoft Azure • Proven experience applying statistical techniques to drive business insights • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to manage ambiguity • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage with senior stakeholders • Experience leading teams and mentoring junior analysts • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management tools such as JIRA and Confluence • Ability to develop and present executive-level data reports and recommendations • Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis is a plus
