📋 Description

• Design, develop, modernize, and maintain mission-critical applications supporting the U.S. Small Business Administration • Develop full-stack web applications using Microsoft technologies and modern frontend frameworks • Build and maintain RESTful APIs, backend services, and database integrations • Support modernization of legacy applications to current .NET platforms and modern architectures • Develop and support workflow management, document management, and loan processing applications • Troubleshoot production issues and implement system enhancements • Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, QA engineers, and client stakeholders • Participate in Agile planning and software delivery activities • Support DevSecOps and CI/CD implementation activities • Contribute to technical design reviews, code reviews, and knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• Two (2)+ years of overall work experience • 5+ years of software engineering experience • Experience in software engineering • Experience with C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, JavaScript, React, REST API development, Git source control, and Agile software development practices • Experience supporting enterprise applications • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust; approved adjudication required prior to onboarding • SBA experience, federal consulting experience, application modernization experience, loan processing systems experience, document management systems experience, database optimization and reporting experience, Azure cloud experience, DevSecOps experience, experience leading development teams, large-scale data or document migration experience, Python development, and mentoring junior developers are preferred/nice to have
