📋 Description

• Connect and collaborate across Guidehouse solution groups to solve challenges, formulate growth strategies, and realize market opportunities • Oversee state client strategic accounts, including state agencies, local governments, and public safety organizations • Identify strategically important relationships and opportunities to drive growth in accordance with annual targets • Shape the vision and strategy for delivery of client programs and engagements • Monitor client trends, requirements, capabilities, and limitations to design transformational client engagements aligned with goals and Guidehouse profitability • Manage quality for client programs, project deliverables, and work products • Lead account strategy, build relationships, identify opportunities, and coordinate internal and external teaming partners for growth • Provide people management, mentoring, feedback, coaching, utilization and staffing oversight, and performance monitoring and reporting • Set strategy and manage business development activities, including RFP responses, proposal development, and account planning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university • Minimum of 10 + (TEN) years minimum of relevant work experience • Management consulting skills such as project management, financial modeling, operational modeling, process improvement and stakeholder management • Familiarity with State and Local Government structures, processes and network • Critical thinking to solve problems and develop innovative solutions to client's management and operational challenges • Proven abilities as a team leader, including supervising teams, participating in recruitment and retention activities, and coaching staff • Ability to 'quick start' account plans and target new business opportunities • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience managing projects and junior & mid-level staff • Ability to travel to clients' locations, Guidehouse office locations, and business development activities within and outside the Charlotte, NC market and State of North Carolina • No sponsorship available for this position
