📋 Description

• Solve complex and strategic issues faced by hospitals, health systems, and medical groups • Work on multiple assignments across healthcare projects, including strategic planning, healthcare reform readiness, physician/hospital integration, financial/risk modeling, and merger and acquisition design • Assist seasoned consultants in developing project approaches, strategies, and work plans • Perform detailed quantitative analysis • Build Excel models and prepare operational and financial projections • Conduct stakeholder interviews • Supply data and quantitative information supporting project findings and recommendations • Prepare project materials and reports • Work with larger teams and lead presentations of final deliverables to client sponsors • Assist in designing and implementing recommended solutions • Collaborate with project teams, Guidehouse Associate Directors, and Executives • Communicate effectively with Guidehouse management and client staff

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 1+ years of prior relevant consulting and/or health industry experience • Experience developing analytical models and structuring methodologies • Experience performing diagnostic, analytical, and quantitative tasks • Demonstrated management of smaller work streams or deliverables • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel • Ability and willingness to travel 75% or more • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or health-related field • Strong written and oral communication skills • Significant knowledge of the healthcare industry • Track record of strong client service • Proven track record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects • Efficiency, flexibility, innovative problem-solving skills, high motivation, and excellent organizational skills • Ability to work well independently and within team structures • Financial modeling/planning skills • Master’s degree from an accredited university in business or health-related field preferred
