📋 Description

• Support a Directorate within the Department of State with domestic budget and data analysis • Support the mission to effectively and efficiently manage domestically owned and leased facilities • Maintain and update the organizational database and CMMS systems • Correct manual entry errors and keep dashboards current for real-time leadership visibility • Monitor outstanding action items and SOW requirements for timely follow-up and compliance • Analyze building-related procedures to identify issues and inefficiencies • Propose process improvements and drive resolution • Configure and deploy CMMS site setups • Manage Maximo site transitions • Validate site location data from Archibus before Maximo deployment • Provide ad hoc, administrative, and special project support as needed

🎯 Requirements

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance • Bachelor’s Degree; (4) years of additional professional experience in lieu of Bachelor's • FIVE (5) years’ experience, with a minimum of THREE (3) years of experience with at least one of the following: program operations, organizational analysis, records management analysis, space utilization studies, budget analysis, and/or cost benefit analysis • Experience working within the Department of State is nice to have • Travel required: Up to 10%
