📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day oversight of Physician Multispecialty Coding teams • Manage Physician Coding Projects • Ensure workflows are properly documented and coding teams are trained accordingly • Prepare reports for leadership and client tracking toward metrics

🎯 Requirements

• CPC from AAPC • 7+ years' experience in medical coding • Experience managing large projects with 20+ coders • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Good organizational skills • Multispecialty coding experience preferred • Multiple specialty credentials preferred • Experience working with Academic Medical Centers preferred • Experience with Physician Review and Education preferred
