📋 Description

• Support the Director as a visible revenue cycle liaison for CommonSpirit market, facility, and functional leaders during transition, go-live, and stabilization activities • Coordinate day-to-day operational alignment across CommonSpirit, Guidehouse, Epic, CSI, and vendor teams • Assist with command center routines, liaison huddles, dashboard meetings, Top 10 preparation and executive report-outs • Monitor revenue cycle KPIs and operational dashboards, including cash, A/R, DNFB, CFB, clean claims, edits, denials, charge lag, registration quality, payment posting, and reconciliation metrics • Review daily performance trends, identify off-track areas, and escalate critical risks • Validate work queue movement, inventory completion, payer follow-up, denial resolution, billing corrections, payment posting, account compilation, and reconciliation • Prepare account-level detail, issue summaries, payer trends, and documentation for payer Joint Operating Committee meetings • Support payer JOC preparation, execution, follow-up, and issue mitigation • Document, prioritize, and resolve issues from ServiceNow, huddles, vendor meetings, dashboards, and leadership escalations • Reinforce compliance with workflows, payer requirements, hospital policies, HIPAA, regulatory expectations, and operating procedures • Coordinate with Patient Access, HIM, Coding/CDI, Revenue Integrity, Billing, A/R Follow-Up, Denials, NOA, Cash Posting, Credit Balance, Contract Compliance, and Finance leaders • Prepare executive-ready updates with issues, root causes, mitigation plans, action items, owners, due dates, and priorities • Provide operational presence during go-live and post-live stabilization • Support job aids, SOPs, reporting expectations, escalation pathways, meeting materials, and communication tools • Maintain operational presence, promote issue identification and escalation, track payer JOC actions, review productivity and inventory movement, and support accountability and mission alignment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant healthcare revenue cycle experience; relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree where appropriate • Hospital revenue cycle management or supervisory experience in a provider, health system, CBO, shared services, outsourcing, consulting, or managed services environment • Demonstrated experience supporting complex revenue cycle operations, transition support, operational stabilization, cross-functional issue resolution, and leadership communication • Strong working knowledge of hospital billing, A/R follow-up, denials, payment posting, cash reconciliation, revenue integrity, HIM/coding dependencies, NOA, patient access, payer escalation, and revenue cycle KPI management • Ability to support onsite or hybrid market engagement as required by the CommonSpirit operating model, including travel or onsite presence during critical transition and stabilization periods • Up to 50% travel required
